You can send the digital data (less than 2 – 3 MB) as an e-mail attachment, if the job contains only text/vector data without any pictures. (File Types of Adobe PageMaker, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator along with Quark Xpress, Freehand, and CorelDraw are acceptable).
File names with spaces, special characters and without proper extension may cause improper file transfer and may lose their identity when attached to e-mails, hence avoid such file names.

For compression of files for sending and fool-proof transfer, use WinZIP or WinRAR for Windows & Stuffit for Macintosh.
